(61) 24-1305 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Santiago Aguilar v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV18191. (This matter arises from an automobile collision that occurred on June 14, 2019, at 1680 East 120th Street, in Los Angeles.)
