(8) 24-1384 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to extending the term of the contract with Graffiti Control Systems for specialty graffiti removal services for an additional two years. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Yaroslavsky - Lee): DIRECT and AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office of Community Beautification, to extend the term of City Contract No. C-139819 with Graffiti Control Systems for specialty graffiti removal services for an additional two years from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
