(34) 24-1542 CD 4 COMMUNICATION FROM THE BOARD OF RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSIONERS (Board) relative to requesting authorization to approve the proposed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3947 with ASM Global Arena Management, LLC for the operation and management of the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) to approve the proposed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 3947 (First Amendment) with ASM Global Arena Management, LLC (ASM) for the operation and management of the Los Angeles Equestrian Center by an additional fifteen months and expand the facility premises to include Easter Field. Fiscal Impact Statement: The Board reports that this action will have no impact on RAP’s General Fund.
