(16) 24-1420 The City Council shall recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to a request for closed session to discuss a request for waiver of conflict of interest for Best, Best and Krieger LLP, in its representation of defendants in the case of BKK Working Group v. 1700 Santa Fe Ltd, United States District Court Case No. 2:18-CV-05810-MWF-PLA.
