(17) 24-1505 The City Council shall recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Farmers Insurance Exchange v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Claim No. C22-01616. (This matter arises from the June 30, 2021, incident in which the Los Angeles Police Department Bomb Squad detonated explosive material.)
