(21) 24-1390 The City Council shall recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Bobby Worthy v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV11640. (This matter arises from a fall incident on April 19, 2021, near 1111 Wilshire Boulevard, in the City of Los Angeles.)
