(27) 25-0020 The City Council shall recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Raymond Brown v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV19714. (This matter arises from a complaint of whistleblower retaliation under California Labor Code Section 1102.5 and retaliation in violation of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act against the City.)
