(28) 25-0019 The City Council shall may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Dillon Cullinan v. City of Los Angeles, et al., United States District Court Case No. 2:20-cv-10258 CBM (ASx). (This matter arises from an incident involving members of the Los Angeles Police Department that occurred on May 30, 2020.) (Budget and Finance Committee considered this matter on January 21, 2025.)
