(5) 25-0081 CD 6 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed nonprofit lease with Sycamores for the use of the City-owned space located at 6262 Van Nuys Boulevard, Suite E, as part of the Crisis and Incident Response through the Community-Led Engagement (CIRCLE) Program. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Padilla – Hernandez): DIRECT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney and City Administrative Officer (CAO), to negotiate a new nonprofit lease with Sycamores for the use of the City-owned space located at 6262 Van Nuys Boulevard, Suite E, as part of the Crisis and Incident Response through the CIRCLE Program. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
