De Coral Plaza, LLC, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV33691. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on September 11, 2020, on the sidewalk of Gorham Avenue behind 11756 San Vicente Boulevard.) (Budget and Finance Committee considered this matter on February 18, 2025.)
