(43) 25­0016 The City Council shall recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Shawn Hendizadeh v. City of L.A. Dept. of Building and Safety, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV40177. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident on April 7, 2022, on an uneven sidewalk located at located at 221 North Figueroa Street, in the city of Los Angeles.)
