(21) 25-0191 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to a need for a Personal Services Contract with Indigov Corporation, for the provision of expert policy services to the First Council District, for the term from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026, with a not-to-exceed amount of $40,930. Recommendations for Council action: 1. APPROVE the Personal Services Contract, attached to the Motion, with Indigov Corporation for providing services to the First Council District as set forth therein. 2. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember, First District, to execute this contract on behalf of the City. 3. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2024-­‐ 2025, and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
