Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $1,462 from City Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebrations & Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 11000 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with CD 7's special recognition of the 35th Anniversary of LA BEST on April 9, 2025, at City Hall, including the illumination of City Hall.
