Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $894 from the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0703 (CD-03 Community Services), to the General Services Fund No. 1100 (Hiring Hall), Account No. 1070 (Salaries-As Needed), for services in connection with CD 3's special recognition of Murder Victims Vigil on February 26, 2025, including the illumination of City Hall.
