Recommendation for Council action: NOTE and FILE the Chief Legislative Analyst report dated April 10, 2024, attached to the Council file, relative to including in the City’s 2023-24 State Legislative Program opposition to SB 1249 (Roth) to provide counties the option to assume control of local Area Agencies on Aging.
