(16) 25-0170 CD 5 BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT relative to identifying emergency or other funds to repair West Caribou Lane between North Beverly Glen Boulevard and the Dead End, and recommendations necessary to appropriate the funding. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Yaroslavsky - Raman): INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to identify $140,000, in emergency or other funds, to repair West Caribou Lane between North Beverly Glen Boulevard and the Dead End; and, to report to Council with any recommendations necessary to appropriate the funding. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
