NOTE and FILE the November 18, 2024 Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) report, attached to the Council file, relative to streamlining, accelerating and reducing wait times for the design, construction, and implementation of transportation infrastructure projects. 2. INSTRUCT the LADOT to report to Council with budget recommendations highlighted in the November 18, 2024 LADOT report, attached to the Council file, to be considered during the Fiscal Year 2025- 26 budget process. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
