(10) 12-1269-S7 RULES, ELECTIONS, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Article 9.7, Chapter IV of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to make various revisions to the Campaign Finance Ordinance.
