(29) 23-0467-S4 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - JURADO) relative to amending and restating City Contract No. C-145927 with Central City Neighborhood Partners - Westlake to increase the contract by $100,000, for the provision of emergency assistance to residents in Council District One (CD 1) through June 30, 2025. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Community Investment for Families Department, or designee, to amend and restate City Contract No. C- 145927 with Central City Neighborhood Partners - Westlake to increase the contract by $100,000 for the provision of emergency assistance to residents in CD 1 through June 30, 2025. 2. AUTHORIZE the Controller to transfer $100,000 from the Transfer of Floor Area Ratio Public Benefits Trust Fund No. 552/14, Account No. 14001A, to the Community Investment for Families Fund No. 100/21, Account No. 003040 Contractual Services Account. 3.
