(10) 16-0555-S2 CD 15 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed non-profit lease agreement with the East Side Riders Bike Club (ESRBC) for the basement of the City-owned property located at 1513 East 103rd Street, Los Angeles California 90002. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute a lease agreement with the ESRBC for the basement space at the Watts Municipal Building located at 1513 East 103rd Street, Los Angeles, California 90002, under the terms and conditions as substantially outlined in the March 4, 2025 Municipal Facilities Committee (MFC) report, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no General Fund impact as this is a no-cost lease agreement. The ESRBC is responsible for phone, internet, custodial, security, and tenant improvement costs.
