(11) 25-0244 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a proposed lease agreement with Commerce Commons Management, LLC (Commerce Commons Management) for the space located at 5759-5771 Rickenbacker Road, City of Commerce, California. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services to negotiate and execute a lease agreement with Commerce Commons Management for the space located at 5759-5771 Rickenbacker Road, City of Commerce, California, under the terms and conditions substantially outlined in the March 4, 2025 Municipal Facilities Committee (MFC) report, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The MFC reports that there is no General Fund impact. Funding for this purpose is authorized as part of the 2024-25 Citywide Leasing Account budget.
