G.\nINITIATION OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (GPA) TO AMEND THE EQUESTRIAN\nLIFESTYLE PROTECTION OVERLAY (ELPO) BOUNDARIES AND A ZONING CODE\nAMENDMENT (ZCA) TO UPDATE ANIMAL KEEPING REGULATIONS AND ANIMAL\nKEEPING RELATED DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Initiate a General Plan Amendment (GPA) to amend the Equestrian Lifestyle Protection Overlay (ELPO) Map\nBoundaries; and\n2.
