10.\nAPPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH DATA TICKET INC. FOR ONLINE VIRTUAL OVERNIGHT\nPARKING PERMITS AND AN AGREEMENT WITH EYEP SOLUTIONS INC. FOR MOBILE LICENSE\nPLATE READERS FOR PARKING CITATIONS\nThat the City Council:\nA. Approve an appropriation of $10,000 from the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Asset Forfeiture Fund for payment\nto Data Ticket Inc. for the implementation of virtual overnight parking permits; and,\nB. Approve an appropriation of $81,230.55 from the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Asset Forfeiture Fund for\npayment to EYEP Solutions Inc. for the purchase of two Mobile License Plate Readers.
