The Southland Young Marines, a national youth program that\nstrengthens the lives of America's youth by teaching the importance of self-confidence,\nacademic achievement, honoring our veterans, good citizenship, community service, and living a\nhealthy, drug-free lifestyle, is requesting a proclamation in recognition of Red Ribbon Week.
