PARKING ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a First Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Ameripark, for parking\nenforcement services and authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the document and make\nany non-substantive changes on behalf of the City; and\n2) Authorize the budget adjustment as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section of this Report.
