Approve the recommended temporary road closures for the St. Christopher Parish\n“Procession Pilgrimage of Lady of San Juan De Los Lagos” special event located on\nCottonwood Avenue between Perris Boulevard and Kitching Street; and\n2. Authorize the Moreno Valley Police Department and the Public Works Director/City\nEngineer to make the additional changes or road closure recommendations as\nneeded for the event.
