REPORT ON LOCAL EMERGENCIES PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 8630;\nRATIFICATION OF ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES;\nEXTENSION OF WINTER STORMS AND LOCAL SHOOTING EMERGENCIES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receive and file this report pursuant to Government Code § 8630;\n(2) Ratify certain actions taken by the Director of Emergency Services including, without\nlimitation, extending the effective date for issuing building permits for the Rykadan 005,\nLLC project (aka “Celadon”) pursuant to Development Agreement (DA-21-XX); and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
