(50)\n25-0011-S15\nCD 12\nMOTION (LEE - HUTT) relative to funding for median maintenance\nand beautification, weed and graffiti abatement, alley and street\ncleanup, and bulky item pickup services in Council District (CD 12).\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $250,000 of the CD 12 portion\nof the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50 to the Board\nof Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040\n(Contractual Services), for various street and neighborhood\ncleanup and maintenance services throughout CD 12\ncoordinated by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps.\n2. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $150,000 in the Sunshine\nCanyon Communities Amenities Trust Fund No. 699/14 to the\nBoard of Public Works Fund No. 100/74, Account No. 3040\n(Contractual Services), for various street and neighborhood\ncleanup and maintenance services throughout CD 12\ncoordinated by the Los Angeles Conservation Corps.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works, Office of Community\nBeautification, to prepare the necessary documents with and/or\npayments to the Los Angeles Conservation Corps, or any other\nagency or organization, in the above amount for the above\npurpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.\n4. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works, Office of\nAccounting, to make any technical corrections or clarification as\nnecessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the\nintent of the Motion.
