(5)\n13-0078-S3\nCD 1\nPLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to a second extension of an Interim Control Ordinance\nprohibiting warehousing, distribution, and storage uses in the Cornfield\nArroyo Seco Specific Plan (CASP) Area.\nRecommendation for Council action:\nADOPT the Department of City Planning (DCP) report dated\nSeptember 19, 2025, attached to the Council file, as follows:\n1. A second, and final extension of Ordinance No. 188402 for one\nadditional year or when the CASP final ordinances become\noperative, which requires a four-fifths vote.\n2. Approval of the DCP report as the City Council’s own adopted\nreport which describes the measures taken to alleviate the\nconditions which lead to the adoption of Ordinance No. 188402\nand thereby satisfying the requirements of Government Code\nSection 65858.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the DCP. Neither the\nChief Legislative Analyst nor the City Administrative Officer has\ncompleted a financial analysis of this report.
