PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending the Mayor and Council Members approve a three (3)-year\nCooperative Purchase Agreement (with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year\nterms) with Edding Enterprises, Inc., dba Torrance Auto Parts, distributor of Napa Auto Parts,\nfor the purchase of aftermarket vehicle parts for $250,000 annually (total of $750,000).\n(General Fund)\nRecommendation:\n1.
