(32)\n25-1119\nCD 1\nMOTION (HERNANDEZ - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for\nstreet-based harm reduction and overdose prevention services in the\nMacArthur Park area in Council District One (CD 1).\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $160,000 from the General\nCity Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000615\n(Additional Homeless Services - CD 1), to the Disability Fund\nNo. 100/65, Account No. 3040 (Contractual Services), for streetbased harm reduction and overdose prevention services in the\nMacArthur Park area in CD 1, currently being provided by The\nSidewalk Project under City Contract No. C-146972.\n2. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the Department on Disability to\nprepare, process and execute the necessary documents with\nand/or payments to The Sidewalk Project, or any other agency\nor organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for\nthe above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney\nas to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department on Disability to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
