REAFFIRM the FINDINGS of December 8, 2020, that the\nvacation of Hillside Way from approximately 10 feet north of the\nsoutheasterly corner of Lot 271 to its northeasterly terminus\n(Vacation), pursuant to the City of Los Angeles Environmental\nGuidelines, is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct of 1970, pursuant to Article III, Class 5(3) of the City of Los\nAngeles Environmental Guidelines.\n2. REAFFIRM the FINDINGS of December 8, 2020, that the\nVacation is in substantial conformance with the General Plan\npursuant to Section 556 of the Los Angeles City Charter.\n3.
