(52)\n25-0011-S16\nCD 12\nMOTION (LEE - MCOSKER) relative to funding for graffiti services in\nCouncil District 12 (CD 12).\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $30,000 in the CD 12 portion\nof the Street Furniture Revenue Fund No. 43D/50, to the Public\nWorks Fund No. 100/74, Account 3040 (Contractual Services),\nfor graffiti services in CD 12 coordinated by the West Valley\nAlliance.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to prepare,\nprocess and execute the necessary documents with and/or\npayments to the West Valley Alliance, or any other agency or\norganization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the\nabove purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as\nto form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Department of Public Works to make any\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\ncorrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said\ncorrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally,\nelectronically or by any other means.
