(41)\n21-1469-S4\nCONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HERNANDEZ – YAROSLAVSKY)\nrelative to procuring software services to implement the citywide public\nright of way inventory and assessment program.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $800,000 from the\nTransportation Fund No. 100/94, Account No. 3040 (Contractual\nServices), and $495,000 from the Road Maintenance and\nRehabilitation Program Special Fund No. 59V/50, Account No.\n50AZCJ (LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games Projects\nImplementation), in the total amount of $1.295 million, to a new\naccount in the Engineering Special Services Fund No. 682/50,\nAccount No. TBD entitled “Public Right of Way Inventory and\nAssessment”, for the purposes of procuring software and/or\nconsultant services to implement the assessment program.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to make any technical\ncorrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer\ninstructions, including any new instructions, in order to\neffectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any\naccounting corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be\nmade orally, electronically or by any other means.
