CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on July\n23, 2025, attached to the Motion.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving\nthe issuance of revenue bonds or notes in an aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $20,000,000 to finance and/or\nrefinance\nthe\nacquisition,\nconstruction,\nimprovement,\nrenovation, furnishing, and equipping of a 76-unit multifamily\nhousing project located at 11218-11222 Califa Street in CD 2.
