Consultant/Professional Services Provider Agreement with studio 2G Architects,\nLLP for architectural and engineering design services for solar canopy parking\nstructures at the Wellness Center, Project JM25-076\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Approve the Consultant/Professional Services Provider Agreement with studio\n2G Architects, LLP for a 12-month term in an amount not to exceed $136,000.00\nfor architectural and engineering services, including construction plans, for solar\ncanopy parking structures at the Wellness Center; and\n(2) Authorize non-substantive changes to the Consultant/Professional Services\nProvider Agreement, if necessary, as agreed upon by the City Manager and City\nAttorney.
