Revised Purchase of a Rovver X/RXSAT 2.0 Main Line and Lateral Launch\nInspection System with 2026 Ford E-450 Cutaway and 16-Foot Studio Build-Out\nThat the Honorable City Council:\n(1) Rescind the February 18, 2025, approval for the purchase of an electric 2024\nFord E-Transit Cutaway Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection van in the\namount of $504,912.18; and\n(2) Authorize the purchase of a gas-powered 2026 Ford E-450 Cutaway CCTV\ninspection van, equipped with a Rovver X/RXSAT 2.0 Main Line and Lateral\nLaunch Inspection System, from Haaker Equipment Company under Sourcewell\nContract #120721-EVS, in an amount not to exceed $480,071.02.
