16. Runway 17/35 Reconstruction, Phase VI, Project #CC26-043\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of Directors:\n(1) Ratify the acceptance of Grant Agreement #3-06-0359-034-2025 (“Grant 34”)\nbetween the United States of America acting through the Federal Aviation\nAdministration (“FAA”) and the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority\n(“SCLAA”) in the amount of $13,680,000 in support of the Runway 17/35\nReconstruction, Phase VI, Project #CC26-043;\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. SCLAA 25-012 increasing budgeted grant revenues by\n$13,680,000, increasing budgeted grant expenditures by $13,680,000, and\nincreasing budgeted grant match expenditures by $684,000; and\n(3) Approve the award of a Construction Contract to Coffman Specialties Inc., in the\namount not to exceed $8,725,000 for Runway 17/35 Reconstruction, Phase VI,\nProject #CC26-043 (“Project”).
