Under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Department of\nTransportation (Caltrans) has determined that the Project is a Categorical Exclusion pursuant\nto 23 USC 327.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution 1) Approving a Contribution Agreement with the City of San Diego in the\namount of $2,000,000 for construction costs associated with the Heritage Road Bridge\nReplacement Project (STM0386); and 2) Amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Capital\nImprovement Program to appropriate $2,000,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund (Fund\n713) to STM0386.
