Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe Third Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding No. 15 for the\nLos Cerritos Channel Watershed (MOU No. 15) and the Third Amendment to\nMemorandum of Understanding No. 17 for the Lower San Gabriel River\nWatershed (MOU No. 17) with the Gateway Region Integrated Water\nManagement Joint Powers Authority (“GWMA”) for the administration and\ncost sharing to prepare and implement Watershed Management Programs\n(“WMPs”) and Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Programs (“CIMPs”) for\nthe Los Cerritos Channel and the Lower San Gabriel River Watersheds.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute the\nThird Amendment to MOU Nos. 15 and 17, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\nor 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
