Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 732.2, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with\nJohnsen Commercial Services, dba Pacific Decorating Company, for Holiday\nDecorations and Lights Design, Equipment, Installation, Maintenance and\nRemoval Services.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute\nAgreement File No. 732.2, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 2) Amend\nthe 2025-2027 Operating Budget as outlined in the fiscal impact section; or\n3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
