Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\nadopting Resolution No. 25-37 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, between the City of Bellflower and the William and Mary M.\nKwan Family Trust and to transfer the necessary funds from the Unassigned\nGeneral Fund Reserve to the Property Acquisition Reserve for the purchase\nof real property located at 9855 Flower Street (APN 7109-013-032).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take documentary\nand testimonial evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution\nNo. 25-37 authorizing the City Manager to execute the Purchase and Sale\nAgreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and to transfer the necessary\nfunds from the Unassigned General Fund Reserve to the Property Acquisition\nReserve; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
