City Manager - Adopt RESOLUTIONS Pursuant to Memorandums of\nUnderstanding Setting Forth Hours, Wages, and Working Conditions for\nTorrance Professional Park & Recreation Employees Organization (TPPREO)\nand Torrance Recurrent Recreational Employees Organization (TRREO).\nExpenditure: $350,659 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) setting\nforth the hours, wages, and working conditions for Torrance Professional Park &\nRecreation Employees Organization (TPPREO), in the amount of $102,877, for the\nperiod January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and repeal Resolution No. 2018-79 in its\nentirety; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION pursuant to MOU setting forth the hours, wages, and working\nconditions for Torrance Recurrent Recreational Employees Organization (TRREO) in\nthe amount of $247,782, for the period January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 and repeal\nResolution No. 2018-90 in its entirety.
