EXTENDING A LOCAL EMERGENCY FOR THE GOODVIEWS ABATEMENT PROJECT\n(“GAP”); APPROVING COLOR SCHEME FOR RETAINING WALL\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Extending the local emergency for the GAP pursuant to Section 3 of Resolution No. 2022-\nR101 (adopted December 21, 2022) to June 1, 2023;\n(2) Selecting a color scheme for the new retaining wall constructed as part of the GAP; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\n[3.] CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM NOS. 3A-3K\nAll items under the Consent Calendar are considered by the City Council to be routine and will\nbe enacted by one motion. Specific items may be removed from the Consent Calendar at the\nrequest of any member of the City Council for separate consideration.
