10)\nAgreement with Edmondson Construction Co. for the Site Grading of the Senior\nHousing Project (CIP Project No. Z20026)\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement with\nEdmondson Construction Co., in an amount not to exceed $119,500.00, for the site\ngrading of the Senior Housing Project (CIP Project No. Z20026) in such final form as\napproved by the City Attorney, authorize the City Manager to execute change orders\nnot exceeding a $11,950.00 contingency for construction uncertainties and\nadjustments, and authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion once it is\ndetermined the work is complete.
