9. Approve Change Order No. 1 with CA Commercial Pools for Emergency Repairs & Pool\nMaintenance Funds\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No. 1 to Purchase Order with\nCalifornia Commercial Pools to fund emergency repairs at the Patricia G. Mitchell Swim Stadium,\nin an amount not to exceed $63,225; and\nb. Appropriating $104,025 from the General Fund to replenish the FY 2025/26 Pool Maintenance\nBudget as needed to fund planned repairs.
