E.\nIntroduction and First Reading of Ordinance No. 1030, Amending Title 15\nto Adopt by Reference Title 24 of the 2025 California Building Standards\nCode Every three (3) years, the State of California Building Standards\nCommission publishes revised Building Standards Code (Title 24, Parts 1\nthrough 12), effective statewide beginning January 1st of the code cycle.\nWhether or not the City takes formal adoption action, the City is required\nby law to enforce these provisions.
