6.4\nACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR THE APPLE VALLEY POLICE\nDEPARTMENT HVAC PROJECT\nThat the Town Council:\n39\nA.\nAccept the work for the Apple Valley Sherrif’s Department HVAC\nReplacement Project No. FAC2025-01 as complete for a total\ncost of $78,000.00;\nB.\nDirect the Town Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the\nSan Bernardino County Recorder’s Office; and\nC.\nAuthorize the release of retained funds 30 days after the Notice\nof Completion has been recorded, provided no claims are filed\nagainst the project.
