L.\nAuthorize the Renewal of Managed Print Services\nAgreement with HP Inc. for Citywide Printing, Maintenance,\nand Repair Services\n25-0547\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract of the\nCity’s Managed Print Services Agreement with HP Inc., under the NASPO\nValuePoint Master Agreement and California Participating Addendum, to\nmaintain the established fixed-rate structure.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any future amendments to the\nManaged Print Services Agreement, as needed, during the renewal\nperiod.
