Approve a Purchase & Sale Agreement for the purchase of buildings and\nassociated land located at 16641 & 16643 Orange Fontana, CA 92335\nspecifically described as APN 0191-251-21 & 0191-251-06 in the amount\nof $7,500,000 plus escrow costs and related acquisition fees.\n2. Authorize the purchase of that certain Real Property with APN 0191-25121 & 0191-251-06 comprised of approximately 34,000 sq. ft. on two\nparcels of land totaling approx. 67,691 sq. ft (“Property”) from\nLandexcorp, LLC, A California Limited Liability Company.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the Purchase and Sale\nAgreement and/or any other documents necessary or appropriate to\nfacilitate said purchase on behalf of the City of Fontana.
